Laboratory Atlas of Anatomy and Physiology 4 ed
This full color atlas is intended to effectively supplement the A&P laboratory course and aid students in their studies. Eder’s high-quality visuals, in combination with its unique tables (terms and definitions; as well as tables describing the origin, insertion, action, and innervation of muscles) make it a valuable supplement in any lab course. It illustrates the dissection structures as they actually exist so that students will be able to easily recognize the parts when they are dissecting or taking an exam.

Van de Graaff - Human Anatomy 6th Ed
This book is very easy to understand. It is laid out a little differently than the Marieb, Martini and Tortora books. There are some really good points to this textbook though. The CDs contain really interesting pictures; they also contain some quizzes that help boost your confidence. The author have wonderful illustrations, cool pictures (of dissections), and clear pictures of microscopic pictures.

High-Yield Neuroanatomy 1st Ed.
Succinct neuroanatomy review for students preparing for the USMLE Step 1.This book has all the neuroanatomy and associated clinical scenarios that I was tested on for Step 1. The mini atlas of brain anatomy is a guaranteed question. The clinical info about brain/brainstem/spinal cord injuries is also covered very well in this book. This is a great little book! I used it in medical school, and now that I'm a neurology resident, I *still* use it. Has enough depth to be useful, but not overwhelming. Easy to read. Tends to cover the pimpable/testable highlights. Good summary tables. This book contains all the essentials for Neuro for STEP 1, get it and read it!! The introduction by Dr. Fix includes high points that can be used as a quick run through of the entire book or a last minute review of the whole text. Almost all in my medical class used this book for the Boards.

Functional Neuroanatomy of Pain
Pain is an unpleasant but very important biological signal for danger. Nociception is necessary for survival and maintaining the integrity of the organism in a potentially hostile environment. Pain is both a sensory experience and a perceptual metaphor for damage and it is activated by noxious stimuli that act on a complex pain sensory apparatus. However, chronic pain having no more a protective role can become a ruining disease itself, termed "neuropathic pain".

Sobotta Atlas Of Human Anatomy 12th Ed
The RAR files are 98+98+75 MB in size; when unpacked, they generate a single 435-MB ISO file; when unpacked, this generates a main directory with a sobotta.exe file, some other files, and three subdirectories (EE, EL, NL) with a number of files in them. No specific installation seems to be required, it is sufficient to run the executable above. The help file asserts that this is the 12th English Edition of the Atlas.

The topographical and functional architecture of the human brain is highlycomplex. A profound understanding of this architecture is a prerequisite tounderstanding the functions and dysfunctions of the brain, to pass examinations in neuroanatomy, and to conduct operations in neurosurgery. The illustrations in this stereoscopic atlas have been developed with the greatest scientific thoroughness, and using an absolutely new 3D computer model. The use of a complex, stereoscopic visualization procedure presents the reader with a completely new and amazing, yet comprehensible, insight into the human brain. In combination with the CD-ROM, which contains all 173 illustrations as rotatable 3D models, this book introduces an innovative quality into the conception of spatial structures. It has never been so easy and fascinating to understand the architecture of the human brain!
